What are the limits on the use of my Nickel account?

Cash withdrawal, payment and deposit limits on your Nickel account :

Setback limits:

  • Default limit: € 300 / 7 calendar days (every Monday)
  • Level 2 limit: € 500 / 7 calendar days
  • Level 3 limit: € 1.000 / 7 calendar days

Payment limits:

  • Default limit: €1,500 / 30 calendar days (every 1st of the month)
  • Level 2 limit: €3,000 / 30 calendar days
  • Level 3 limit: €5,000 / 30 calendar days

Cash deposit limits:

  • € 950 accumulated over 30 calendar days.
  • The first deposit made at the time of activation of the NICKEL card is free of charge and limited to €250.

Limits for reloading the account by credit card :

  • The account top-up by bank card is set at a maximum of €950 over 30 calendar days.
💡 To change your card's limits, you must have a balance equal to the amount of the new limit requested, within the last 30 days before your request!

Limits for incoming and outgoing transfers to your Nickel account :

Ceiling limits for an incoming transfer:

  • There is no limits on incoming transfers. You can collect as much money as you want in your account.

Ceiling limits for a transfer made by sms:

- unit limitation oftransfersper sms to €100
- Cumulative limitation oftransferssms to €200 over 7 days

The limit for an outgoing transfer :

  • Outgoing transfers are limited to € 30,000/month
💡 The first two weeks after opening your Nickel account, transfers are capped at 750 euros.
