How do I activate my My Nickel, Nickel Chrome or Nickel Metal card?

You can activate your My Nickel, Nickel Chrome or Nickel Metal card as soon as you receive it.

•  Connect to your web customer space or Nickel Application
• Click on the “Card” tab then “I activate my card”
• Enter your 10-digit identifier located on the back of your new card then click on “Validate
• If you are on the web, enter your 6-digit access code again
• Enter the security code received by SMS then click on “Validate”

Your card is activated ✔️ ! 
 

What should I do with my old Nickel card?

Once your new card has been activated, destroy the old one to prevent fraudulent use. Because even if we deactivate your old card, the personal data stored on the chip can easily be hijacked and misused. So we recommend that you cut up the card and chip into several pieces, then dispose of the pieces in different garbage cans.
