How can I update my identity document?
Have you received an alert on your Nickel App asking you to provide an up-to-date identity document?
We'll explain how to do this so that you can continue to use all our services, and in particular our international money transfer service with RIA.
For regulatory reasons, we need an up-to-date identity document.
- Go to our contact form
- Select ‘My Account (block, close, reopen)’, then ‘My identity document has expired’.
- Fill in the other fields on the form
- Attach your identity document: national identity card, passport or residence permit. No other document will be accepted.
Important :
- The photo must be sharp and the 4 corners of the document must be visible.
- Make sure you check the validity date of your identity document: it must still be valid for at least 3 months.
If the national identity card (CNI) was issued to an adult between 1 January 2006 and 31 December 2013 included, it is valid for 15 years (previously 10 years).
