How can I update my identity document?

Have you received an alert on your Nickel App asking you to provide an up-to-date identity document?

We'll explain how to do this so that you can continue to use all our services.

For regulatory reasons, we need an up-to-date identity document.

Go to our contact form
Select ‘My Account (block, close, reopen)’, then ‘My account is blocked KYC’.
Fill in the other fields on the form.
Attach your identity document: national identity card, passport or residence permit.
No other document will be accepted.

Important :

The photo must be sharp and the 4 corners of the document must be visible.
Make sure you check the validity date of your identity document: it must still be valid for at least 3 months.

The national identity card (CNI) delivered to people over the age of 75 is valid for 30 years (10 years if under 75).
