How can I update my identity document?
Have you received an alert on your Nickel App asking you to provide an up-to-date identity document?
We'll explain how to do this so that you can continue to use all our services.
For regulatory reasons, we need an up-to-date identity document.
- Go to our contact form
- Select ‘My Account (block, close, reopen)’, then ‘My account is blocked KYC’.
- Fill in the other fields on the form.
- Attach your identity document: national identity card, passport or residence permit.
No other document will be accepted.
Important :
- The photo must be sharp and the 4 corners of the document must be visible.
- Make sure you check the validity date of your identity document: it must still be valid for at least 3 months.
The national identity card (CNI) delivered to people over the age of 75 is valid for 30 years (10 years if under 75).
