Why do I need to update my personal information?

Nickel is a payment institution authorized by the ACPR (Autorité de Contrôle Prudentiel et de Résolution = Prudential Control and Resolution Authority) to carry out its activities.
Nickel scrupulously complies with the regulations in force, and in particular with the requirement to constantly update the information available on each of its customers. 
We may therefore send you an email asking you to confirm that your information is up to date, or to update it if needed.

To modify or confirm your personal information:

  1. Log in to your web Customer Area or Application
  2. Go to "Profile "Click on "View my profile"
  3. Modify any out-of-date information by clicking on the pen and/or the word "modify".

No action on your part following receipt of our first email:

  • 90 days later: you will have a restrictive use of your account
  • 180 days later: you won't be able to use your account and your account will be closed.
