How can I change my personal information (title, marital status, professional status, etc.)?
If you made a typing error when entering your title, updated your marital status (marriage or divorce) or changed gender, you can change your personal information in your Nickel customer area or mobile application:
How can you change your personal information?
- Log in to your Nickel web Customer Area or Application
- Go to "Profile", "View my profile"
- Click on "Modify" at the level of the information to be changed > Enter your new information
- Click on "Validate"
