What should I do if my card doesn't work?
Your card may not work in the following cases:
Situations | Solutions |
Your card was not activated by the Point of Sale when you opened your account (and has therefore never worked). | Activate your card |
Your card has expired | Order a new card |
You have reached your account limits | Change your limits |
Your balance is less than the amount of your payment or withdrawal | Fund your account |
You have temporarily blocked your card from the web Customer Area or Application. | Unblock your card |

What should I do if my card is magnetized?
If your card is demagnetized, you can request a replacement.
