What should I do if my card doesn't work?

Your card may not work in the following cases:

Your card was not activated by the Point of Sale when you opened your account (and has therefore never worked).Activate your card
Your card has expiredOrder a new card
You have reached your account limitsChange your limits
Your balance is less than the amount of your payment or withdrawalFund your account
You have temporarily blocked your card from the web Customer Area or Application.Unblock your card

If none of the above applies to you, please contact our Customer Service department on 01 76 49 00 00.
 

What should I do if my card is magnetized?

If your card is demagnetized, you can request a replacement.
