Why was my payment refused?
Your payment may be refused in the following cases:
Situation | Solution |
Your card was not activated by the Point of Sale when you opened your account (and has therefore never worked). | Activate my card |
Your card has expired | Order a new card |
You have reached your account limits | Change your card limits |
Your balance is less than the amount of your payment or withdrawal (or the deposit sometimes required by hotels/car rental companies) | Fund your account |
You have blocked internet payments in your web Customer Area | Unblock online payments |
You have locked your card on your web Customer Area or Application | Unblock your card |
If your payment is refused before entering the PIN code (the card's secret code), this means that you have previously entered 3 wrong codes. You must then replace your card.
