How can I change the limits on my card?

You can easily increase or decrease the limits of your Nickel card: 
 

  • From your Nickel web space or application:
  1. Click on the "CARD" tab
  2. Go to "Manage limits"
  3. Make the adjustments you want
  4. Enter your password
  5. Enter the security code sent by SMS

Your card limits are modified 👍
 

  • By calling Customer Service on 01 76 49 00 00. 

If your request is accepted, you will receive a confirmation SMS.

 

To be able to access the upper limit : 

  • You must have been a customer for more than one month
  • You shouldn't have received any transfers in the last 48 hours. 
  • The amount already spent during the period PLUS the remaining balance must be greater than the current limit

For minors under the age of 16, only the legal representative can change the card limits.
