How can I temporarily block my card?

At Nickel, you can temporarily block your card if it is lost or misplaced. This way, it cannot be used by a malicious person.

To do this : 

1. Log in to your web Customer Area or Application
2. Click on "CARD" then go to the "Security" section. 
3. Activate or deactivate the "temporarily block the card" function by simply clicking on the button.

This option is totally free 😀

If you finally find your card, you can reactivate it with 1 click so you can use it again immediately.
Otherwise, we advise you to cancel your card.
