What should I do if my account is debited twice?
It sometimes happens that a purchase or withdrawal you've made appears twice on your account. This is easy to notice:
- The transaction has the same name, the same amount and was made on the same day
- It is marked "in process" on your account
- It appears with a "clock" icon
- The amount appears in negative on your account: - xx€
If you notice that a transaction has been debited from your account twice, please wait 8 working days for the situation to be rectified.
After 8 working days, if you notice that a transaction with the same wording, amount and date has still been debited twice, send us a dispute request using this contact form.
