How do I change my email address?
You can easily change your email address:
From your web customer area or Nickel Application
- Go to “Profile”, “See my profile”
- In the Contact section, click on the pen placed next to your email address
- A code under will be sent by SMS: the first digits of your telephone number are indicated for verification
- Click on “next”
- Enter your new email address
- Click on “confirm”
- Enter the confirmation code received by SMS
Once the request has been sent, you will no longer be able to modify your email address or your telephone number for 24 hours.

- Complete and sign this document
- Scan your identity document (identity card, passport or residence permit)
- Send us these elements via our contact form
Allow 24 to 48 hours for your request to be processed.
