How do I change my first or last name?

You have made a typo or mistake when entering your first or last name:
If we already have your identity document, you can send us your request using this contact form.
Otherwise, please send us an up-to-date identity document or birth certificate via this same form.

If you have changed your first or last name in the case of a change of marital status or gender: 

Send us your request, together with your up-to-date identity document via this contact form. 

The family register, marriage certificate and divorce certificate are also accepted as proof of marriage/divorce.
