Your account has been debited, but you haven't received any money at the ATM: what can you do?
You have made one or more card withdrawals and the amount has been debited from your account. However, the ATM did not give you the requested money.
- Contact the bank that owns the cash dispenser (ATM) via the telephone number indicated on the ATM.
- Once the withdrawal has been confirmed (disappearance of the "in process" clock icon in your list of transactions), you can send us a complaint.
- This can be done online:
- By filling in the withdrawal dispute form.
- And then submitting it to us via our contact form. While doing this, select the option “My Nickel card/My card transactions” and then the option “I want to contest a transaction (not associated with a fraud/scam)".
Or by regular mail:
- Download the same form and print it.
