What should I do if my card has been swallowed by an ATM?

If your card has been swallowed by an Automated Teller Machine (ATM), contact the owner bank directly via the telephone number on the ATM.

If you have a non-nominative card, you can request a cardholder certificate from our Customer Service:

  • Via our contact form
  • By calling our customer service on 02 891 29 80
