How can I change the limits on my card?

You can easily increase or decrease the limits of your Nickel card:
- From your Nickel web space or application:
- Click on the "CARD" tab
- Go to "Manage limits"
- Make the adjustments you prefer
- Enter your password
- Enter the security code sent by sms
Your limits have been modified 👍
- By calling Customer Service on 02 891 29 80.
If your request is accepted, you will receive a confirmation sms.
To be able to access the upper limit :
- You must have been a customer for more than one month
- You shouldn't have received any transfers in the last 48 hours.
- The amount already spent during the period PLUS the remaining balance must be greater than the current limit
