How to pay with Garmin Pay?

With your Garmin Pay app and your Nickel card, paying becomes even faster!

Here's how to pay with your Garmin smartwatch: 

  1. On your Garmin watch, open your wallet by swiping your finger on the screen or pressing the dedicated button. 
  2. Enter your 4-digit PIN code set up during Garmin Pay configuration. 
  3. Select your Nickel card. 
  4. Hold your watch near the contactless payment terminal.

  • By default, the payment will be made with the last card used. 
  • Your PIN code will be required if you have not used Garmin Pay for 24 hours, or if you have removed your watch. 
  • You have 60 seconds to make your payment. Once the payment is made (or after 60 seconds), Garmin Pay closes automatically. 
  • If you enter 3 incorrect PIN codes, your Garmin wallet will lock. You will then need to reset it from the Garmin Connect app.
