What should I do if my card has been swallowed by an ATM?

If your card has been swallowed by an Automated Teller Machine (ATM), contact the owner bank directly via the telephone number indicated on the ATM.

If you have a non-nominative card, you can request a cardholder certificate from our Customer Service:

  • Via our contact form
  • By calling our customer service on 01 76 49 00 00
