How do I fund my Nickel account by bank card?

You can top up your account by entering the details of another bank card, in the same way as for an online purchase.

1. Log in to your web Customer Area or Nickel App
2. Go to the "TRANSACTIONS" tab
3. Click on "Add money", then select "By credit card"
4. Choose the amount
5. Click on “recharge my account” 
6. Enter your bank card information then click on “pay by card” 
7. Enter the code received by SMS on the bank card owner's mobile phone.

At all times, reloading by bank card is instantaneous.

What are the limits?

Each month, you can deposit up to €950 in one or more top-ups. Your counter is reset to 0 on the 1st day of each month and a 2% fee is applied.

For the Youth Account (12-17 years), the maximum amount for a top-up by bank card is €250 per month.

The minimum amount is €10.
