Can I set up a power of attorney?

No, you cannot authorize a third party to use and manage a Nickel account. You are the only user of your Nickel account.

The case of guardianship and curatorship:

It is possible to open a Nickel account for a person declared under guardianship or curatorship under certain conditions: to find out more, you can contact our Customer Service.

If you are a tutor or curator and the person you supervise has opened an account without your knowledge, we invite you to contact our Customer Service to discuss with them the conditions for maintaining and using this account. 

You can also complete our contact form by selecting “Declaring a change of situation”, then “I wish to report a guardianship/trusteeship”.
