How to change for Nickel and transfer my current account?

Do you want to change and opt for a Nickel account?

It’s easy and completely free!

To change the domiciliation of your account, you must first open a Nickel account.

Then :

1. Log in to your web Customer Area only (not available from the Nickel App)
2. Go to “Profile”
3. Click on “Leave my bank for Nickel”

You will then be able to:

• tell us the account whose transactions you wish to transfer
• sign the mobility mandate
  This way, we can send your Nickel RIB to the organizations concerned.

If you prefer to take care of it yourself, we also provide you with letter templates, always on your web Customer Area.
