  2. Indicate the reason for your call
  3. Indicate your Nickel card type (Nickel Classic, My Nickel, Nickel Chrome, Nickel Metal)
     

In the event of a claim or to make an insurance declaration:

  1. Log on to https://nickel.europ-assistance.fr with your 10-digit ID located on the back of your Nickel card
  2. An email will be sent to you with the documents required for reimbursement.
