How does the annual subscription fee work?
When is my annual subscription due?
It is automatically debited from your account on the anniversary date of your account opening. There is no need to return to your tobacconist to pay it.
For example: if you opened your account on 26 June 2022, the fee will be deducted on 26 June 2023.
What happens if I don't have enough money in my account?
The fee will be partially debited up to the available balance. Your account remains open proportionally to the amount paid, rounded up to the next full quarter.

My account is blocked, what should I do?
To unblock your account, simply fund it with the outstanding annual fee amount.
The €25 annual fee applies to all Nickel customers. Those who have chosen a My Nickel, Nickel Chrome or Nickel Metal card will also have to pay the subscription fee for their nominative card offer: €10 every 5 years for My Nickel, €30 for Chrome and €80 for Metal. These fees are deducted automatically on the anniversary date of the offer.
