I am in a situation of over-indebtedness. What can I do ?

You have already opened a Nickel account and you find yourself in a situation of over-indebtedness:

Nickel will be automatically informed by the Banque de France upon acceptance of your file. You therefore have no document to send us. We will send you an email confirming that your situation has been taken into account as well as the contact details of our partners who can help you.

You are considering opening a Nickel account and you are already in a situation of over-indebtedness:

If you wish to open a Nickel account and your over-indebtedness file has already been declared admissible by the Banque de France, you must then inform us of your situation yourself, no later than 1 month after opening your account.

Send us the proof issued by the Banque de France by post to this address:

FPE - Financière des Paiements Électroniques
TSA 60520
94229 Charenton-le-Pont Cedex.

We will then send you an email confirming that your situation has been taken into account.

I am in a situation of over-indebtedness, what does this change for me?

If you are in a situation of over-indebtedness and your file has been declared admissible by the Banque de France: we no longer charge any direct debit rejection and seizure fees for a period of 2 years.

If you continue to be billed despite your situation, send us the proof by post to this address:

FPE - Financière des Paiements Électroniques
TSA 60520
94229 Charenton-le-Pont Cedex

After analyzing your request and under conditions, a refund can be made to your Nickel account.

It is up to you to respect the commitments you made with your creditors according to the plan that was established with them.
