I am of Russian or Belarusian nationality. How do I submit my EU proof of residence?

You have received an alert asking you to provide proof of your residence in a country of the European Union?

When you signed up, you indicated that you are of Russian or Belarusian nationality.

In order to keep your Nickel account, you must reside in a country of the European Union.

Therefore, could you please send us, at your choice:

• Your temporary or permanent residence permit that has not expired 
• An identity document from a country in the European Union 
• A long-stay visa

You can send it to us via our contact form:

1. Go to our contact form
2. Select "My Account (blocking, closure, reopening)", then "My account is blocked KYC"
3. Fill in the other fields of the form 
4. Add your proof of residence as an attachment

Without a response from you, we will no longer be able to renew your Nickel card and will have to close your account upon its expiration. This follows the 19th package of European Union sanctions against Russia adopted on October 23, 2025.
