How to set up a direct debit?

To set up a direct debit:

• You need to sign a direct debit authorization or a "SEPA direct debit mandate" in favor of your creditor (for example, EDF, GDF, your tax office, your telephone operator, etc.).
   
• You then send this direct debit authorization together with your Nickel IBAN to the creditor concerned. The latter will send us the direct debit authorization electronically. Our teams will then set up the direct debit.
