How to set up a direct debit?

To set up a direct debit:

• You must sign for the benefit of your creditor (for example EDF, GDF, your tax center, your telephone operator, etc.) a direct debit authorization or a “SEPA direct debit mandate”.
   
• You must then send this direct debit authorization and your Bank Identity Statement (RIB / IBAN) to the creditor concerned. The latter will send us the direct debit authorization electronically. Our teams will then set up the automatic debit.
