How to add or remove a beneficiary?
To manage your beneficiaries :
- Log in to your Nickel Customer Area or Application
- Go to the “transactions" tab
- Go to the "Transfers" section
- Click on "Manage my beneficiaries"
To add a beneficiary: click on "Add a beneficiary" and fill in the required information. A security code will be sent to you by SMS to validate the beneficiary addition.
When you register a new beneficiary, we advise you to enter the name and first name exactly as they appear on their banking details (IBAN). Avoid using nicknames, abbreviations or incomplete names. This will allow us to verify that the banking details entered correspond to the intended person and thus limit the risk of error or fraud.
To delete a beneficiary: simply click on "Delete beneficiary" (click on the 3 dots to the right of the name from the Nickel Application to do this).
You can add up to 5 beneficiaries per day. For security reasons, if you have changed your phone number in the last 10 days, your beneficiary will be permanently added to your contacts within 48 hours.
