How to obtain a transfer certificate?

To obtain a transfer certificate:

1. Log in to your Nickel App or web Customer Area 
2. Go to the “ACCOUNT” tab
3. Click on the transfer concerned
4. In the “ Supporting Documents” section: select “download”
