How do I replace my Nickel card?
If your card is lost or blocked, or you are a victim of fraud, first block your card.
Once your card is blocked, you can replace it with a new standard Nickel, My Nickel, Nickel Premium or Nickel Metal card.
I want to replace my card with a standard Nickel card:
- Once your card is blocked, you will automatically be sent a replacement code by SMS.
- Then go to a Nickel Point of your choice, together with your ID and your replacement code.
- Purchase a new Nickel card for €20 from your Nickel distributor. Nickel will refund €10 to your account immediately after replacing the card.
- You will receive the new PIN for your new Nickel card by text message.
I want to replace my card with a My Nickel, Nickel Premium, or Nickel Metal card:
Once you card is blocked, you can order your new My Nickel, Nickel Premium or Nickel Metal card directly from your Online Customer Area or from your Nickel App.
Your new card will be delivered directly to your home within 15 working days.
Your bank details remain unchanged. You will keep the same IBAN.
Accepted forms of identification: identity card, passport or residence permit (valid or expired + renewal receipt).
