How much does it cost to send an SMS?

These SMS messages are not surcharged, but they are deducted from your 60 free SMS messages/year package.

Once these 60 SMS have been used up, you will be charged €1 for 10 additional SMS. You can track your usage on your web Customer Area or Application:

  1. Go to "Profile
  2. "Then "Set my alerts".
     

What should I do if I'm not receiving SMS messages?

Check your cell phone number directly on your web Customer Area. If necessary, update it.
