How do I set up email or SMS notifications?
You can choose to receive an alert by e-mail, SMS or notification when:
- your balance is insufficient
- your limits are reached
- you enter 3 wrong codes
- a transaction exceeds the amount of your choice
- a foreign transaction is made
- a transfer arrives on your account
To do this, go to your Nickel application, then to "Profile" and "Set up my alerts".
If you do not receive email or SMS notifications, remember to check your email address and telephone number on your Nickel web space or application.
