How do I update my tax information?

Nickel is a payment institution approved by the ACPR (Prudential Control and Resolution Authority) to carry out its activities.

As such, we have regulations to comply with. That's why collecting your tax information is compulsory from the moment you open your account.

You can add or update your tax information from your Nickel mobile app or your web client space:

  1. Go to "My Profile" > "View my personal information" > "Tax Status"
  2. Click on "Edit" to update your information
  3. You will then receive an SMS to validate the information
  4. Validate

If you cannot connect to your client space:

Complete the tax self-certification form available here. You will then receive an SMS containing a link to validate the information and finalize the update.
 

Are you a new customer? You have a maximum of 60 days to send this form. If you do not take action, your Nickel account will be closed.

Are you already a Nickel customer? You have a maximum of 90 days to confirm your tax residency. If you fail to do so, we will be obliged to transmit your information to the tax authorities as part of the automatic exchange of information between France and its partners.
