How does the annual subscription fee work?

The annual fee for your Nickel account is €25. It is automatically deducted from your account on the anniversary date of your account opening. There is no need to go back to your Nickel Point to pay it.

For example: if you opened your account on 26 June 2022, the fee will be deducted on 26 June 2023.

What happens if I have less than €25 in my account?

The fee will be partially debited up to the available balance. Your account remains open proportionally to the amount paid, rounded up to the next full quarter.

My account is blocked, what should I do?

To unblock your account, simply fund it with the outstanding annual fee amount.

The €25 annual fee applies to all Nickel customers. Those who have chosen a My Nickel, Nickel Premium or Nickel Metal card will also have to pay the subscription fee for their personalized card offer: €10 every 5 years for My Nickel, €30 for Premium and €80 for Metal. These fees are deducted automatically on the anniversary date of the offer.
