Where can I find my IBAN?

Consult these for free through your online customer area or your Nickel App, via the "TRANSACTIONS" tab and then click on "View my bank details".
You also have the possibility to send your IBAN from your Nickel Application.
Receive it by SMS by texting ‘RIB’ to 38063 in mainland France, and to +34 600 124 280 from overseas (please note that international SMS roaming charges may apply, depending on your operator).
Go to a Nickel Point: The merchant will give you your IBAN by showing your Nickel card and ID. There is a €1 fee charged for requesting your IBAN at a Nickel Point.
