It is not possible to cancel a money transfer made via IBAN or directly to a digital wallet.

To cancel a cash transfer, please follow these steps:

From the Nickel App:

1. Go to "TRANSACTIONS"
2. Click on "Ria Transfer"
3. After entering your Ria code, go to "My Transfers"
4. Select the transfer you wish to cancel
5. Click on "Cancel my transaction"

From your Online Account (Web) :

1.  Go to "Menu"
2. Click on "Money Transfer with Ria"
3. After entering your Ria code, go to "My Transfers"
4. Select the transfer you wish to cancel
5. Click on "Cancel my transaction"
    

Your transfer will be cancelled within 3 to 4 working days.
