How can I change my postal address?

To change your postal address:

1. Log in to your Nickel web Customer Area or Application
2. Go to 'Profile' and click on 'My profile'
3. In the 'Contact' section, click on the pen next to your postal address
4. An information note will open. Click on 'I understand'
5. Enter your new postal address
6. Click on 'Validate'
