How do I set up email and SMS notifications?
You can choose to receive an alert by e-mail, SMS or notification when:
- your balance is insufficient
- your limits are reached
- you enter 3 wrong codes
- a transaction exceeds the amount of your choice
- a foreign transaction is carried out
- a transfer arrives on your account
To do this, go to your Nickel Application, then to "Profile" and "Set my alerts".
If you don't receive email or SMS notifications, please check your email address and telephone number in your web Customer Area or Application.
