What's the status of my cheque?
- Log in to your web Customer Area or Application
- Go to "Transactions", then "Track requests".
What are the possible statuses for your remittances ?
| Color code | Status | Explanations |
| Green | Credited | Your cheque has been credited to your account |
| Orange | Pending receipt | Your request has been made and we are waiting to receive it in our processing center. |
| In process | We have received your cheque and are processing it. | |
| Red | Expired | Your check could not be processed correctly. Click on the "?" icon for more information. |
| Rejected | Your check has been rejected by our processing center. Click on the "?" icon for more information. | |
| Unpaid | Your check has been processed as unpaid. Click on the "?" icon for more information. |
The return time for a dishonoured cheque is :
- 3 working days for metropolitan France
- 8 working days for overseas territories
