What's the status of my cheque?

  1. Log in to your web Customer Area or Application
  2. Go to "Transactions", then "Track requests".
     

What are the possible statuses for your remittances ?
 

Color codeStatusExplanations
GreenCreditedYour cheque has been credited to your account
OrangePending receiptYour request has been made and we are waiting to receive it in our processing center.
In process We have received your cheque and are processing it.
RedExpiredYour check could not be processed correctly.
Click on the "?" icon for more information.
RejectedYour check has been rejected by our processing center.
Click on the "?" icon for more information.
UnpaidYour check has been processed as unpaid.
Click on the "?" icon for more information. 

The return time for a dishonoured cheque is :

  • 3 working days for metropolitan France 
  • 8 working days for overseas territories
