How do I cash a cheque?

Deposit one or more cheques into your account in just 3 steps!

1. Register your request in your web Customer Area or Application
   
   Go to the "TRANSACTIONS" tab, then select "New remittance". 
   
   When you make your first deposit, an explanatory window will show you the steps to follow. 
   You can register up to 10 cheques per remittance. 
   The maximum amount per cheque is €1,500, with a monthly limit of €3,000.
   
   Before starting a remittance, you must first accept the service's Special Terms and Conditions (for your first use of the service only) and validate your postal address.
    
2. Validate your request: please note that once validated, you will no longer be able to modify the information
    
3. Send your cheque by post within 20 days. 
   The address will be indicated on your web Customer Area or Application.

How long does it take to process a cheque?

As soon as we receive your cheques, please allow 15 working days for processing.
