How to pay with Payconiq?

Payconiq makes it easy and totally secure for you to make purchases and pay online or in a shop. This option is available directly when you open your app, even before you log in.
To pay online:
- Confirm your order
- Choose payment by Bancontact/Payconiq
- Scan the QR code
- A notification will be sent to your Nickel application to validate the payment
- Confirm the payment via your application
To pay for your purchases in-store:
- Open your Nickel application
- Before logging in yourself, click on the ‘Scan QR code’ button
- Scan the QR code
- Confirm your payment
Payment or reimbursement between friends by QR code is not yet available. Coming very soon! 🤩 We'll keep you posted!
Nickel is not available on the Payconiq application. You cannot therefore use the Payconiq application to pay with your Nickel account.
