How can I retrieve my card's secret code?

Your card's secret code is sent for free via SMS when you subscribe.
To receive it again via SMS:
- Log in to your online customer area or the Nickel app
- Go to "CARD."
- Click on "My PIN Code - receive my sms code."
Make sure the phone number on your Customer Space is up to date before requesting the resend of your code. If you've just updated it, you'll need to wait 24 hours before receiving your secret code again. You can request the resend of your card's secret code
every 48 hours.
How much does it cost to resend my secret code?
Each request costs €0.50, directly deducted from your Nickel account.
If you have less than €0.50 in your account, you won't be able to receive the code
